Head of management board is Dr. Nguyen Huy Hoang, with over 18 years experience working in training and human resources development, especially developing the middle management team as a core team of organizations; consulting and building organisation training with quality standards; building technical competencies; developing design and architecture team; managing large projects and leading projects program for various customers from different cultures (North America, Europe, and Japan). Our trainers and collaborators team has strong experience in management, leadership and organizational operation for multinational and local companies. They have worked in different areas such as marketing, sales and distribution services, banking, information technology, telecommunications, electric – electronics, industrial management, human resources, etc. Most of them have Ph.D., MSc, MBA degrees, and deep experiences in their training areas.
