Nick Owen’s international experience as consultant, coach, company director, theatre director, and leader working across and within multi-cultural and inter-cultural contexts has fully persuaded him into the belief that the key to any successful enterprise, whether big or small, is getting the best out of all the people involved, and that the development of the so-called ‘soft skills’ within organisations are for many the hardest skills to develop. Much of Nick’s work involves supporting ‘experts’ to let go of their expertise and see a bigger and more widely systemic picture; in other words shifting from an expert mindset, to a manager mindset, and ultimately to a leader mindset.

Nick Owen has developed and delivered many training programmes for global corporations including Aviva, Zurich, Oracle, HSBC, Shell Oil, CNN News, AON, and SABMiller as well as other major organisations in the technology, financial services, health, and public sectors over countries in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa.

Our trainers and collaborators have rich experience in management, leadership and organizational operation for several multinational and local companies. They have worked in different areas such as information technology, telecommunications, electric – electronics, human resources, sales and distribution services, etc. Most of them have Ph.D., MSc, MBA degrees, and strong knowledge and practical experiences in their training areas.
