“The Seven Stages of Complexity That Drives Business Organisations” Worskhops for Leaders and Managers of Organizations in HCMC

From 7th – 10th March 2011, Talent Mind Education organized four workshops on “The Seven Stages of Complexity That Drives Business Organizations” for leaders and managers of ARICENT Vietnam, KMS Vietnam, TMA Solutions, and 10 companies located in Quang Trung Software Park.

The workshops were conducted by Mr. Nick Owen – an experienced Consultant and Trainer from The United Kingdom.

With Mr. Nick Owen’s professionalism, strong experience in management and training, together with his attractive presentations, leaders and managers of the organizations have learned the development stages of management and leadership in order to have effective management and motivation strategies for their staff. Mr. Nick Owen shared with participants the challenges in people management which companies are facing.

This workshop topic was guided through the stories and group activities which encouraged attendant’s enthusiastic participation and made the workshops very successful.

Harvey Nash Vietnam-Team Building 2010

From December 4th – 5th 2010 Talent Mind Education organised a-two-day team building event for Harvey Nash Vietnam team of 190 people in Mui Ke Ga – Ham Thuan Nam.

The team building event was very successful. Everybody enjoyed it very much. All participants were very excited and wholeheartedly joined the team building games, collaborated and supported each other to overcome the challenges and achieve successes..

The participants experienced two wonderful days. All people had a precious time to enjoy, relax, learn and share after a year of hard working together. Harvey Nash team has strengthened their solidarity, mutual understanding and above all Harvey Nash spirit to be ready for new challenges and new successes in the New Year 2011.

Interview Skills Seminar – Making First Impression to Employers

On November 22nd, Talent Mind Education conducted a seminar about Interview Skills for students of Information Technology Faculty at Ho Chi Minh University of Technology. This seminar was sponsored by KMS Technology Vietnam. The seminar happened so exciting with the participation of more than 100 students, especially, senior students who will be going to graduate and looking for suitable jobs in near future.

Interview Skill is one of the most useful skills which can help students who have has graduated from universities or colleges to get good job. A job interview is obviously a good opportunity for a new graduate to impress employer and show he or she is the best candidate for a vacant. It is not only candidates’ knowledge, experience but also their behaviors, attitudes and communication skills that count. The Interview Skill seminar provided the students a comprehensive preparation process for a successful job interview, including:

–       Prepare a job application

–       Prepare suitable behaviour

–       Prepare possible questions and answers

–       Prepare questions to ask employers

–       Dos and Don’ts for a job interview

After the presentation session, HR Representatives of KMS Technology directly met with students and gave instructions and advices on their resumes to help them   prepare a good resume to make first good impression in an interview.

The Interview Skills Seminar conducted by Talent Mind Education has prepared students for success in a job interview.

KMS – Team Building

On November 5th, 2010 Talent Mind Education organised a team building event  “KMS – The Challenges 2010” for managers and leaders of KMS Technology at Bo Cap Vang Resort, Dong Nai. This out-door activity is a part of the “Management and Leadership Training Program” for KMS Technology in 2010.

Everybody experienced a challenging and exciting day. All KMS members joined the activities wholeheartedly, coordinated in a perfect teamwork to win the games.

Through exciting team building games such as crossing the river, volleyball, keeping balance, ect. the KMS team of leaders and managers had a good chance to better understand each other, strengthen their team spirit and enhance effective teamwork skills.

KMS spirit goes with all members of KMS team so that they can conquer challenges ahead to gain big successes in 2011.

Management and Leadership Training Course for Harvey Nash Viet Nam

From November 5th to 7th, 2010, Talent Mind Education conducted a “Management and Leadership Training Course” for Harvey Nash Viet Nam in Ho Chi Minh City.

This course provided the learners with knowledge, tools and best practices to help learners improve their leadership and management skills in order to manage and support their staff in implementing strategies and plans of Harvey Nash Vietnam in 2011.

The learners with learning and sharing spirit were enthusiastic and eager to contribute ideas, share their experiences with the aim of learning and practising leadership and management skills in order to achieve the best efficiency at work, and above all achieve the organisation’s goals.

Management and Leadership Training Program for KMS Technology

The development and growth of industries and businesses require qualified managers and leaders who can lead the employees to keep pace with the growth of companies. Enhancing the quality of management team is a top goal of organisations in order to develop high quality human resources for their long-term development strategies.

In October 2010, Talent Mind Education organized a “Management and Leadership Training Program” for a team of 30 leaders and managers of KMS Technology at Park Royal Hotel.

After finishing interesting in-house training courses with many exercises, case studies, participants joined a team building activity at Bo Cap Vang Resort, Dong Nai to summarize what they had learned and shared in the training program.

The “Management and Leadership Training Program” helped improve the competence of KMS’s top management team to be ready for KMS’s development strategies of 2011 and challenges ahead.

“Effective at Work” Training Course for Harvey Nash Viet Nam

Achieving high efficiency at work is not only the goal and desire of each individual, but also the expectations and requirements of managers for their subordinates. However, does everybody know how to work effectively?

From October 22nd – 23rd, 2010 Talent Mind Education conducted an “Effective at Work” training course Harvey Nash Viet Nam. This course provided knowledge, tools and best practices which help learners organize and manage their work most efficiently. It also helps participants develop their potential, and practice positive thinking skill, improve effective time management skill and change management skill in order to achieve best results in their work.
