Enhancing the quality of management team is a top goal of organisations in order to develop high quality human resources for their long-term development strategies.
In October 2010, Talent Mind Education organized a “Management and Leadership Training Program” for a team of 30 leaders and managers of KMS Technology at Park Royal Hotel.
After finishing interesting in-house training courses with many exercises, case studies, participants joined a team building activity at Bo Cap Vang Resort, Dong Nai to summarize what they had learned and shared in the training program.
The “Management and Leadership Training Program” helped improve the competence of KMS’s top management team to be ready for KMS’s development strategies of 2011 and challenges ahead.
